Arena Gymnastics offers a full range of competitive programs for girls We have developmental programs for athletes who exhibit the interest and potential to compete, followed by team programs at all levels of the USA Gymnastics Junior Olympic Program - the new Prep Opt program, the Compulsory Levels 4-6 and the Optional Levels 7-10.
We are very proud of the work of our teams at all levels. The goal of our competitive program is to have athletes who are trained in good basics and perform in competition in a manner that both they and we can be proud of at all levels. Good competitors are girls who are happy with who they are and what they do. Our teams have had great success over the years, competing locally, regionally, nationally, and internationally.
Girls with prior competitive experience who are considering a transfer to Arena should arrange an appointment with Head Coach Laurie DeFrancesco for an evaluation.
